🛍️ Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (tea and homemade achar), we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.


🚫 No Return for Reasons Like:

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking the taste or texture

  • Minor packaging dents that don’t affect product quality


🧾 Refunds (If Applicable)

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The package was lost in transit

💳 Refund Process

  • Once we review and approve your request, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If the payment was Cash on Delivery, we may issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer after verifying your account details.


📦 Replacements

In case of damage or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
