Refund & Return
At Ceebus, we strive to deliver high-quality skincare and personal care products with complete transparency. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✔ You must raise the return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
✔ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during a sale or with discount coupons
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Damaged products due to improper use or handling
3. How to Request a Return
To raise a return request:
- Email us at info.ceebus@gmail.com
- Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you on the next steps.
4. Return Approval & Pickup
If your return is approved:
- We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (if serviceable).
- The product must be handed over in the same condition as received.
- If your location is unserviceable, you may need to ship the product to us.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
Refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders:
Refund will be processed to your bank account/UPI ID provided during the verification stage.
6. Replacement
If you wish to receive a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and verified.
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
8. Damage During Transit
If you receive a damaged product:
- Send us photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund based on your preference.
